RETURNS

Yoson Apparel is a small business and to keep our costs competitive, we do not keep a clothing inventory. All clothing products are made-to-order and printed on demand. Thus, we have a no refund policy. All sales are final.

EXCHANGES

Please refer to our sizing guide before ordering. We only exchange or replace clothing items if they are defective or damaged.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We guarantee our products to be clear and free of defects and damages. We inspect every item before it is shipped. However, in the unlikely event that you do receive an item that is damaged or defective, we do offer exchanges. You have 3 days after receiving item(s) to submit a claim via email. Items that are damaged intentionally by customers are not eligible for replacement or exchange. Exchange items must be returned to us within 14 days after we approve your exchange. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This policy does not apply to action figures and collectibles.

ACTION FIGURES AND COLLECTIBLES

All sales are final on action figures and collectibles. Be careful when posing or playing with your action figures and/or collectibles. We are are not responsible and will not replace or issue a refund for action figures and/or collectibles damaged during these activities. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects. We also do not accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges for cosmetic retail package/box damage since this does not affect the product itself. In the event that we do accept a return, customers will be issued a refund via store credit or gift card, minus a 20% restocking fee and all applicable shipping costs.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS/ RETURN TO SENDER

Customers will be issued a refund via store credit or gift card, minus a 20% restocking fee and all applicable shipping costs for orders returned to us as undeliverable. Undeliverable orders are, but not limited to, orders that cannot be delivered due to a wrong address provided by customer and/or orders refused by customer.

CANCELED ORDERS

Canceled orders are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee. We do not normally cancel orders but in the event a customer contacts us and request the cancellation of an order before it is processed and shipped, we may cancel order at our discretion and refund payment minus the 10% Cancellation Fee.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY US. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We require a tracking number for all returns. You should also consider purchasing shipping insurance in case the item is damaged in transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
